Probate Assistance Program

Losing a loved one is a sad and difficult time for family, relatives, and friends.  In addition, those left behind must often figure out how to transfer, manage, or sell inherited property from the person who has died.  For anything not placed in a Trust, you must usually go to court, and dealing with the courts and the property of someone who has died can be very complicated.

Sometimes, however, property that had been removed from a Trust can be put back in (e.g. a Heggstad Petition), but that's something an attorney should answer.  However, please know that even if you hire an attorney, the choice of a Realtor® to handle your Real Estate transactions is still yours, NOT the attorney's!!

I have worked with attorneys on Probate properties and am thoroughly familiar with the Probate process.  Selling Real Estate through Probate is not the same as a standard sale  You need, not only an attorney but, a Realtor® who understands Probate!  If you're in this situation I'd appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about how I can help.  Just click the "CONTACT US" button below.

If you'd like to tackle Probate yourself and just need some guidance, simply review my video below (there's a written version of the video on my Blog Page, and the video is also located on my Video Blog Page)
